1. Introduction

Welcome to Tracksite, a workforce tracking and recruitment platform for construction projects. By downloading, installing, and using this application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall Tracksite immediately.

2. App Overview

Tracksite facilitates project workforce tracking by allowing customers (project owners) to manage suppliers and monitor employees working at construction sites. The app tracks employee locations during shifts to allow check-in/check-out and sends notifications regarding work schedules.

3. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• Only authorized employees, contractors, and project managers can access Tracksite.

4. Permissions and Access

• Location Access – Users must enable geolocation tracking during work hours to facilitate check-in/check-out at construction sites.
• Notifications Access – Users must allow notifications to receive shift reminders and updates.

5. Account and Data Use

• Users are assigned roles (admin, supervisor, employee, supplier) by their employer or customer (project owner).
• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during onboarding.
• CVs, IDs, and other employment documents are stored and accessible by relevant project administrators.

6. User Responsibilities

• Users must use Tracksite solely for professional purposes related to construction site workforce management.
• Unauthorized use, data extraction, or tampering with Tracksite services is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Tracksite is not responsible for disputes between customers, suppliers, or employees. Tracksite is a reporting and tracking tool only.
• Tracksite does not process payments or handle compensation; all payroll and invoicing are managed externally by customers and suppliers.

8. Account Termination

• Users lose app access upon contract termination, project completion, or upon employer request.
• Accounts may also be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.

9. Data Security

Tracksite follows strict data protection measures in compliance with GDPR. User data is stored securely on Azure servers.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. For international projects, local regulations will apply.

11. Changes to Terms of Use

Tracksite reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use of Tracksite after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
